How long does it take to receive my order?

All orders are sent on the day itself when placed until 3 pm (GMT) on said day, thus being delivered to you at the designated time, as specified on the chart below. If you choose to pay by bank wire transfer, the order will only be sent as soon as we confirm the payment in our bank account statement. 

On the day your order is sent, you should also receive an e-mail with that confirmation.

How do I know if my order was accepted?

After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number. At any time you can follow your order status. To do so, please click on “My orders” in your EscapeShoes account. By e-mail we will inform you of the different stages of your order.

In case you choose the bank wire transfer payment option, your order will be processed after we receive the transfer receipt, please send it by e-mail.
