Romantic Dreams:
This season, one of the trends that killed it was a romantic and soft look with many floral prints. It’s a very feminine look that we can easily incorporate into our day-to-day. Several brands showed how to obtain a relaxed and flowing look with long dresses with very soft floral prints. However, if you’re not a fan of dresses, you can always use a pair of trousers and a simple shirt to make your shoes stand out!
Denim Inspiration:
Denim’s a type of material that never goes out of fashion. Either in shirts or jeans and accessories… So why not also shoes? You can choose a completely denim outfit or then like what designers Alexander McQueen and Sarah Burton did, incorporate this trend with other materials and prints.
Thin Stripes:
Stripes were seen numerous times on the runway this season. Straight and “clean” stripes without any kind of wave and in every colour combination possible. Many brands opted for green and white stripes or navy blue and red stripes, but you can always choose the classic sailor look or with colours like gold and silver, which are also in fashion this season.
Animal Print:
The Animal Print’s already a timeless symbol in the fashion world, representing a unique style that involves flair and elegance. It’s possible to create beautiful and interesting looks for the most diverse types of events, from leopard printed dresses to zebra or snake printed shoes. If you don’t feel very comfortable with this trend, you can always use it in a softer way by including a necklace or animal printed sandals in an outfit with a pair of jeans and a white or beige shirt.
